Presenter Agreement - Difficult Clients Conference

Presenter Deliverables

The Presenter agrees to the following:

1. Provide a title and brief description of their presentation, a bio and a headshot photo file by July 31, 2022.

2. Provide a 45 to 50 minute lecture for the "Making the Human Half Suck Less - Taking Back Control When Dealing with Difficult Clients" conference scheduled for October 7, 2022. The lecture may presenter either:

a. Live at the schedule time. Presenter agrees to be online at least 15 minutes prior to the start time; or

b. Provide a pre-recorded video of the presentation (mp4, mov or wmv format). Video file due by October 3, 2022. A Google Drive link can be provided for upload or the Presenter may send a link from their own file sharing service.

3. Provide a PDF of their slides by October 3, 2022.

4. Be available live for approximately 10 to 15 minutes after the presentation to answer audience questions.

5. Be available from approximately 2:15 pm Eastern to 3:00 pm for a live panel discussion.

Copyright

The Presenter agrees that all materials included in their presentation are their own and not subject to copyright claims. Any materials that are copyrighted have the written permission of the copyright owner for their use in the presentation.

Presenter Compensation

The Presenter will receive an honorarium of $150. The payment can be made via Venmo, physical check or via credit card/ACH from the Presenter's own invoicing service. The Presenter must send an invoice for the amount to [email protected] for us to process payment. Please submit invoice by October 15, 2022.

The Presenter will also receive two full registrations for the event. No additional compensation will be provided in connection to the conference presentation.

Use of Materials

The Presenter understands that the video presentation and accompanying materials will be provided to attendees of the conference, both live and on-demand. Additionally the Presenter gives Hippocampus Online the right to use their bio, photo and any social media and website links provided to market the conference. Materials may be edited for length.

Termination of Agreement

If the Presenter cannot present as planned, of if the Hippocampus Online staff have to cancel the presentation for reasons beyond the reasonable control of either party, both parties agree to terminate the agreement.
