What Information Do We Collect?
We collect any information that is necessary to enroll you in a course, workshop or conference. This includes your contact information and any specific questions related to an event (such as selection of courses from a menu). We do not collect any financial information as we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We also add students who register for a course, workshop or conference to our mailing list, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by emailing us a request to remove you or by hitting the unsubscribe link in the footer of emails you receive from us.
How Long Do You Keep It?
We retain your information in our records so we can lookup prior information as well as give you the ability to see your past history on your student dashboard. If you would prefer that we delete this information, please email us a request and we will do so. Once we remove your information, we cannot reinstate it as it will be purged from our records, so please make sure you have copies of any information you need to keep before asking us to delete you from our records.
